A non-profit agency, Connections provides integrated support, learning and early identification and intervention services to advance the healthy development of families and their children, 0-6 years of age in Windsor-Essex County. We have an EarlyON Centre and are the lead agency in Windsor-Essex for the following programs: *Be Back Soon Program *WERECE Mentorship Program *Preschool Speech and Language Program (Talk 2 Me) *Infant Hearing Program *Blind/Low Vison Early Intervention Program *Ontario Autism Program – Caregiver Mediated Early Years Program
